This is your first ‘meal’ on the Super Juice Me! Challenge and what a way to get you started! I haven’t messed about here, straight in with plenty of mineral rich veggies, spinach, cucumber, broccoli and fresh peas sweetened with apple, creamy pineapple juice with a dash of lime and ‘God’s Butter’ the Avocado. But I didn’t finish there : I’m raising the protein stakes by adding a cheeky bit of hemp protein powder and mixed seeds for a satisfying crunch!
